Our Community...
Brentwood Hills was
established in 1989 as a deed restricted residential community.
Today,
the
community has over 1000 homes
in the Brandon-Valrico area just east of Tampa, Florida, USA.
Brentwood Hills combines the convenience of location with a
lifestyle for family and the professionals alike. We are conveniently
located within minutes of shopping, dining and entertainment.
Our Home Owners Association is made up of seven home owners
with additional neighbors supporting the Architectural Control,
Landscape, Deed Restriction, Newsletter, Social and Website
sub-committees. The property is managed by McNeil Management
Services, Inc., a local management company based in Brandon.
